On the Job Training

I have many on the job training experiences (OJT) because I have worked in many places, mostly retail stores. I am a wage worker and when I first started working, I was a trainee at Dollarama, my time as a trainee helped me learn valuable skills and ins-and-outs of my workplace. Sometimes it can be tough as a trainee because your trainer’s opinion can be bias toward different segments of the workplace. It can be a drawback but if you should just give time to everything because after a while you can learn something from other people too or just by your own experience.
